  • Mondays: 1900-2000 (ages 7-11)

Pricing

Each class is £9.00, payable monthly in advance (effective March 2026)

The first lesson is a trial (pay on the day, booking essential). Once your spot is confirmed, classes must be paid for regardless of class attendance (unless the centre is closed). Classes are available year-round, with a short break over Christmas, New Year, and bank holidays. Students will be notified of exact dates in advance.

Important Information:

  • Under 18s: A consent form must be filled out by a parent or guardian before the first session.
  • Location: Lisieux Way, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2LB
  • Parking: Ample free parking is available on site for customers
  • No sessons: 6 April, 4 May, 25 May, 31 August, 28 & 30 December

Booking

Pre-booking is essential to secure your spot and there are a maximum of 15 spaces per session. You will be given a booking link once your space is confirmed.

Parkour FAQ

How do I book Parkour sessions?

Parkour is now booked monthly online through Zeffy, our secure, zero‑fee booking platform. Zeffy allows us to take payments without additional charges.

How does the new monthly payment system work?

Your weekly Parkour fee (£9 per class) is added up across the year and then spread evenly over 12 months, so you pay the same amount each month, regardless of how many sessions fall in that month.

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the 1st of every month. Please note: On Zeffy, the “event date” displayed is the last lesson of the month, but this does not affect the payment date.

Do I still have to pay if my child misses a class?

Yes.The monthly payment is required regardless of attendance, as your child’s place is held exclusively for them.

Is my child’s place guaranteed each month?

Yes. Your weekly class time is automatically reserved each month unless you tell us otherwise or fail to pay.

What if I want to cancel my child’s place?

Please give one month’s notice so we can offer the space to children on the waiting list.

What happens if YMCA cancels a session?

If we ever need to cancel unexpectedly, we will issue a refund discount code that you can deduct from the following month’s bill.

Can my child try a class before committing?

Yes.Your child can attend a trial lesson (booking essential; pay on the day).

Is pre‑booking required?

Yes. Spaces are limited and pre‑booking is essential.

What do I need before the first session?

All under‑18s must have a completed consent form before attending their first class.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free on‑site parking at YMCA Taunton.
