1. Pritchett Brown Room – £18 per hour currently unavailable
2. Small Committee Room – £12 per hourcurrently unavailable
3. Rowlands Room – £18 per hour
4. Harper Room* – £12 per hourcurrently unavailable

*Please note that all our meeting rooms are located upstairs, with the exception of the Harper Room which is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible. We do not currently have a lift, so access is via stairs.

Room Configurations:

Our meeting rooms can be set up in various configurations to suit your event needs, such as classroom-style, horseshoe arrangement, boardroom setup, or theatre-style seating.

Additional Spaces:

We also have other spaces to hire for larger events sporting groups and offer a special rate for educational services.

• Large Sports Hall – £25 per hour
• Education Drop-in – £7.50 for 1.5 hours

• Tea/Coffee/Water – Bottomless for meetings at £3 per person
• Tea/Coffee – Available on request at £1 per serving
• Cans, Crisps, Chocolate – Available on request from reception
