Monthly Payments At the start of each month, users need to pay for 50% of the total monthly booking cost. This payment secures your regular slot. Payments can be made online, in person, or by BACS.
Weekly Balance Payment: The remaining balance per session can be paid on arrival each week by cash or card, or via the online block bookings payments.

Monthly Payments
- Monthly reminders will be sent by email to help you stay on track.
- Payments must be made within one week of the due date of the 1st of the month.
- If payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and offered to others.
Cancellations
Please let us know ASAP if you can not attend your session so we can offer it to other players.
- +72 hours – for cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking we will issue a credit voucher off your next payment
- -72 hours – cancellations made less than 72 hours will not be refunded.
