Parkour Just Got Easier: Monthly Memberships Launching from June 2026
We are excited to share a positive update to the way Parkour sessions are paid for at YMCA Taunton. Over the past few months, many Parkour families have told us the same thing: they would love a simpler way to pay, without needing to remember to make a manual payment every month. So, you asked and we listened.
From June 2026, Parkour sessions will move to a monthly recurring membership, making payments easier, more reliable, and stress free for families.
What’s changing?
- May 2026 will be the final month of manual Parkour payments
- From June 2026, Parkour will be paid for via a monthly membership, set up once and renewed automatically
This means no more monthly reminders or last-minute payments, just one quick set-up and everything runs smoothly in the background.
Monthly membership prices
- Mondays Parkour: £32.50 per month
- Wednesdays Parkour: £36 per month
A thank you to our existing Parkour families
To support families already attending Parkour, we are offering a 10% discount off the first month for anyone who signs up before 3 June 2026. This is our way of saying thank you for your support and your feedback. All parkour families will be emailed the sign up link and discount code soon.
Digital membership cards
Once your membership is set up, you will receive a digital membership card. This will need to be shown on arrival at Parkour sessions. Using digital membership cards helps us:
- Take accurate registers quickly
- Ensure only registered participants attend
- Keep sessions safe and well organised
Please note that your membership card will need to be shown at reception on arrival so please ensure you sign up before the first parkour session in June.

This new system is designed to make Parkour more straightforward for everyone:
- No need to remember to pay each month
- Fewer interruptions to sessions
- Faster entry and smoother registers
- More time for staff to focus on young people rather than paperwork
